Closet Geeks and Slow Mo

I should have loved this one. Really I should have. But for some reason I didn't
I don't know why.
It's so Dumas. Really I think it's similar to Dumas Musketeers but somehow this didn't do it for me. I don't really know why. I didn't exactly mind the writing style- it wasn't my favorite either. I did get the humor, but at times it failed to amuse me... I liked the characters, or at least I don't loath them...
The storyline is definitely the best part of this, though I found it too long-wound and it took me a while to get into it.
All in all this left me wondering and ambiguous- instead of being amazed and totally adoring the book like I expected.
