2.5StarsI audio-booked this one. The narrator did an amazing job! It's well written, has some funny dialogues and I quite enjoyed listening to it - but around half way in I was buys rolling my eyes at all the clichés being thrown at me. And frankly I would have DNFed it if I was reading. But I wasn't and as I said this is well read, so I kept going
I basically been oscillating between 1 and 3stars throughout the entire book. The last bit moved it firmly out of the 1star zone, yet in the end basically this is an okay book for me.
I wish I would like these kind of romances more. Alas I don't. It's just I can't accept the indication that just loving a woman will heal you- not that that was the solution in the end which is why it isn't 1Star
So at best a fun well read audio- at worst just to many cliches ticked off to capture my interest
