Timeless (Parasol Protectorate, #5) - Gail Carriger It really is 3.5stars
OK maybe I O.D. on the Parasol Protectorate by reading them back to back... but I found the last one of the series while quite entertaining more a means to tie-up things neatly.
It took me ages to read..due to fact that I had very little time for reading in the past week but also because somehow it didn't grip me. I kept on finding myself thinking about what else i should be reading rather than actually reading this book.
The beginnings of the book were extremely witty. But then I found it fizzled out a bit until Finally after I was 2/3 through there was some good old Parasol entertainment. It did however answer many question raised in previous books and as said before made for a tidy ending.
